By browsing the site, submitting a form, requesting information, booking a call, purchasing a session or using checkout, the user declares that they have read and accepted these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific conditions applicable to the contracted service.
1. Identification of VTH SOFTWARE
VTH SOFTWARE is the commercial name used for professional technology services, IT validation, automation, conceptual architecture, diagnosis, technical strategy and selective implementation orchestration.

2. Use of the site
The website has an informational, commercial and contact purpose. Through the site, users may learn about VTH SOFTWARE services, complete forms, request information, book calls, purchase paid sessions, submit billing information and access content related to technology, IT validation and automation.
Users agree to use the site lawfully, correctly and reasonably, avoiding any use that may affect its operation, security, availability, reputation or integrity.
It is forbidden to use the site for fraudulent, abusive, illegal or unauthorized automated purposes, scraping, cyberattacks, submission of false information, impersonation or any activity that may harm VTH SOFTWARE or third parties.
3. Services published on the site
VTH SOFTWARE may offer, among others, the following services:
- Free 15-minute consultation.
- 45-minute IT Strategy Session.
- 90-minute IT Mini Diagnosis.
- IT Validation Blueprint.
- Process automation with n8n.
- Tactical online stores.
- Selective orchestration after a Blueprint or sufficient evaluation.
- Other professional services related to technology, validation, automation, conceptual architecture or technical coordination.
4. Acceptance or rejection of engagements
Publication of a service on the site does not imply an automatic obligation for VTH SOFTWARE to accept an engagement.
VTH SOFTWARE may reject, pause or condition an engagement when there is no fit, available capacity, sufficient information, adequate budget, minimum requirements or when the request exceeds the scope of the services offered.
5. Paid sessions
Paid sessions available on the site are intended to guide the client, organize a technology idea or problem, detect initial risks and recommend a reasonable next step.
The current main sessions are:
- 45’ IT Strategy Session — USD 149.
- 90’ IT Mini Diagnosis — USD 279.
6. Prices and currency
Prices may be shown in US dollars, Argentine pesos or another equivalent currency depending on the country, payment provider, checkout or current commercial campaign.
Taxes, fees, exchange rates, bank charges or external provider costs may vary depending on the payment method, country or entity involved.
7. Scope of sessions
The 45’ IT Strategy Session includes an initial conversation to organize an idea, detect evident risks, identify possible paths and recommend a next step. It may include a short executive summary afterwards.
The 90’ IT Mini Diagnosis allows a broader review of context, problem, alternatives, initial risks and recommended path. It may include a short report afterwards.
Sessions do not constitute a full Blueprint, deep technical audit, final architecture, complete functional specification, fixed development quote or implementation.
8. Session exclusions
Unless expressly agreed in writing, sessions do not include:
- Software development.
- Technical implementation.
- Tool configuration.
- n8n automation.
- Complete UI/UX design.
- Security audit.
- Exhaustive code or infrastructure review.
- Continuous support.
- Daily operational management.
- Guarantee of commercial results, sales, profitability, adoption, investment or business success.
- Responsibility for later decisions by the client or work executed by third parties.
9. Professional guidance and client responsibility
VTH SOFTWARE provides professional guidance based on the information available and the contracted scope.
Subsequent decisions, investments, engagements, implementations or actions executed by the client are the client’s responsibility, unless a specific contract states otherwise.
10. Checkout, payments and enabled methods
Sessions purchased directly through the website must be paid using the payment methods enabled in checkout at the time of purchase.
The main checkout payment methods currently planned are Mercado Pago and PayPal.
When an engagement is arranged outside the website through direct contact, WhatsApp, email, sales call or individual proposal, VTH SOFTWARE may accept other payment methods such as bank transfer, payment link or another expressly agreed mechanism.
The session date, access to materials and booking link may be subject to payment confirmation or accreditation.
11. Booking, materials and post-payment communications
After payment, VTH SOFTWARE may send by email information related to the engagement, payment confirmation, materials, instructions, booking link, previous form, billing information request and next steps.
The user is responsible for entering the correct email address and checking inbox, spam, promotions or similar folders.
12. Rescheduling
The client may request a session rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, subject to agenda availability.
Requests made with shorter notice may be rejected or treated as a commercial exception, depending on the case.
13. Absence or no-show
If the client does not attend the session on the agreed date and time, arrives significantly late or is not available within a reasonable waiting period, the session may be considered delivered, with no obligation to refund or reschedule free of charge.
VTH SOFTWARE may offer a new date as a commercial courtesy, but is not required to do so.
14. Cancellations and refunds
Once payment is confirmed and the agenda is reserved, the session is considered contracted and the time slot is blocked for the client.
As a general rule, payments for sessions are non-refundable due to absence, lack of preparation, change of mind or impossibility attributable to the client.
If VTH SOFTWARE cannot deliver the session for its own reasons, it will offer priority rescheduling or, if not possible, refund the amount paid for the undelivered session.
Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights recognized by applicable regulations.
15. Credit for hiring a larger related service
Paid 45’ and 90’ sessions may be credited at 100% for 15 calendar days from the session date, exclusively if the client hires a larger related service offered by VTH SOFTWARE.
Larger related services may include, depending on the case:
- IT Validation Blueprint.
- n8n automation.
- Selective orchestration.
- Another larger professional service expressly accepted by VTH SOFTWARE.
16. Conditions of the credit
The credit operates as a commercial discount on VTH SOFTWARE professional fees. It does not imply a cash refund.
It does not apply to external costs, licenses, APIs, platforms, cloud, third-party tools, taxes, fees or expenses outside VTH SOFTWARE professional fees.
The credit expires automatically after 15 calendar days, unless expressly authorized by VTH SOFTWARE.
17. Larger services: Blueprint, n8n and orchestration
Larger services such as IT Validation Blueprint, n8n automation or selective orchestration are governed by specific proposals, contracts, SOWs or work orders.
Information published on the site is indicative and commercial. Final scope, deliverables, exclusions, prices, timelines and conditions will be defined in the corresponding document.
18. External costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, VTH SOFTWARE fees do not include external costs, such as:
- Licenses.
- APIs.
- SaaS tools.
- WhatsApp Business API.
- ManyChat.
- Booking or calendar tools, if applicable.
- n8n Cloud.
- Hosting.
- Cloud.
- AI or LLM consumption.
- Payment gateways.
- Domains.
- Plugins.
- Paid apps.
- Third-party services.
19. Intellectual property
Site content, texts, structure, materials, documents, methodology, analysis criteria, frameworks, templates, trade names, visual resources and VTH SOFTWARE know-how are owned by VTH SOFTWARE or used with authorization.
Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, modify, commercially exploit or present as their own VTH SOFTWARE content, materials, methodology or deliverables without express authorization.
When VTH SOFTWARE delivers materials to the client as part of a session or service, the client receives a limited internal use right for its own analysis and decision-making, unless a contract or SOW states otherwise.
20. Limitation of liability
VTH SOFTWARE does not guarantee that use of the site or hiring its services will produce a specific commercial, financial, technical, legal, tax, operational or market result.
VTH SOFTWARE will not be liable for:
- Decisions made by the user without formal engagement of a specific service.
- Incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
- Failures of external services such as Mercado Pago, PayPal, Google Calendar, email providers, hosting, cloud, APIs, n8n, Notion or other tools.
- Interruptions, technical errors, site downtime or temporary unavailability.
- Commercial results, sales, profitability, adoption, investment or success of an idea, product or business.
- Implementations carried out by third parties without formal participation by VTH SOFTWARE.
21. Forms and data submitted by the user
The user declares that data submitted through contact, checkout, booking or billing forms is correct, current and their own, or that they have sufficient authorization to submit it.
VTH SOFTWARE may reject incomplete, false, abusive, illegal, malicious or out-of-scope requests.
22. Third-party links and tools
The site may include links, integrations, buttons, checkout, calendars, forms or resources managed by third parties.
VTH SOFTWARE does not control those third parties’ policies, availability, security, terms, prices or operation. Use of those tools may be subject to their own terms and policies.
23. Privacy and cookies
Personal data processing and cookie usage are governed by the specific policies published on the site.
24. Modifications
VTH SOFTWARE may update these Terms of use at any time. The applicable version will be the one published on the site at the time of use, booking or engagement, unless a specific condition states otherwise.
25. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply depending on the user’s condition, country of residence or engagement channel.
